Compatible Dell Power Adapter
This 180W AC adapter delivers 19.5V at 9.23A for a wide range of Dell Precision, Alienware and G-series laptops. It replaces numerous Dell part numbers including DA180PM111, FA180PM111 and ADP-180MB B. The unit includes a UL-listed AC power cord and a 7.4mm by 5.0mm barrel connector.
Input Voltage and Connector Limits
The adapter accepts a universal 100 to 240V input at 50 or 60Hz for worldwide use. Output is fixed at 19.5V with a 7.4mm by 5.0mm centre-positive barrel plug. It is not compatible with laptops that require a different voltage, a USB-C PD connection or a barrel size other than 7.4mm by 5.0mm.
Deciding Specification: 180W Output
The single figure that determines fit is the 180W maximum output at 19.5V 9.23A. The adapter also supports lower-wattage 19.5V Dell models rated at 130W and 150W. Buyers whose laptop demands more than 180W or a different voltage must choose another power supply.
