45 W AC adapter for HP Stream 11, 13 and 14

This 45 W power supply delivers 19.5 V at 2.31 A through a 4.5 × 3.0 mm barrel connector with a centre pin. It replaces the original charger for HP Stream 11, 13 and 14 series notebooks and accepts a worldwide 100–240 V input. The unit is sold new and carries a twelve-month warranty.

Steady 45 W output under continuous load

The adapter maintains its rated 45 W output during extended charging sessions without thermal throttling. Its 100–240 V 50–60 Hz input handles voltage variations across regions while keeping the 19.5 V rail stable. The fixed cable and moulded strain relief resist wear from daily connect and disconnect cycles.

Check connector size and part number before ordering

Questions about this item

Does the 45W adapter run hot or make noise when powering an HP Stream 14 all day?

The 19.5V 2.31A output delivers 45W continuously; the unit is passively cooled so it stays silent, though the casing will warm up under full load.

What must I already have to use this charger with my HP Stream 13?

You need the laptop itself with the 4.5×3.0 mm barrel jack and a standard IEC C7 figure-8 mains lead for the 100-240V input.

Will this 19.5V supply work alongside the original 45W brick that came with my HP Stream 11?

Yes — identical 19.5V 2.31A 45W rating and the same 4.5×3.0 mm pin connector mean it swaps directly with the factory adapter.
