Compatibility Check Before Buying

Verify that your MacBook or 13-inch MacBook Pro is one of the listed part numbers: A1278 or A1342, covering production dates from late 2009 through mid-2012. Confirm the original charger uses an L-shaped MagSafe plug rather than the later T-shaped or USB-C connectors. Ensure the AC inlet on your existing power cord matches the figure-8 or duck-head style supplied with this unit.

Included Cable Management & Status Light

The adapter ships with a detachable AC mains lead and a compact duck-head wall plug for flexible desktop or travel use. A built-in LED on the connector head glows amber while charging and turns green when the battery reaches full capacity.
