Universal USB-C charging for Dell XPS and Latitude

This 65 W USB-C adapter powers a wide range of Dell XPS and Latitude laptops plus select Chromebook, Vostro, OptiPlex and Venue models. It replaces original Dell part numbers such as LA65NM170, DA45NM131 and LA45NM121. The unit ships with a detachable AC cord so it is ready to use worldwide.

Stable 65 W delivery across multiple voltage steps

The adapter supplies 5 V, 9 V, 15 V and 20 V outputs at up to 3.25 A, automatically negotiating the correct profile for each connected device. Rated for 100 V to 240 V input at 50 Hz or 60 Hz, it maintains continuous 65 W output without throttling during long work sessions. Compatible 29 W, 30 W, 45 W and 61 W devices draw only the power they require.

Compact GaN construction with standard IEC inlet

Gallium-nitride circuitry keeps the housing small and cool while delivering full rated power. A standard IEC C7 inlet accepts any local figure-8 mains cord, eliminating the need for travel adapters. The fixed USB-C cable ends in a reinforced connector rated for thousands of insertion cycles, reducing wear on laptop ports during daily connect and disconnect cycles.

Questions about this item

Does the 65W USB-C adapter stay cool and quiet during all-day charging?

The unit has no fan and runs silently. It accepts 100V-240V 1.5A input and delivers up to 20V/3.25A, so heat stays low even under continuous load.

What must I already own to use this charger with my Dell laptop?

Your laptop needs a USB-C port that supports Power Delivery. The box includes the adapter and a detachable AC cord, so no extra cable is required.

Will this 65W adapter work with my older Dell Latitude 13 7370 that originally used a 45W barrel charger?

Yes. The adapter negotiates 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 15V/3A or 20V/3.25A, covering 29W, 30W, 45W and 61W profiles, so it safely replaces the original 45W unit.
