A 38 mm incremental encoder delivering 1000 pulses per revolution with DC 5–26 V supply, ASIC anti-interference, and reverse-wiring protection
The myVolts E6B2-CWZ6C is a 38 mm diameter incremental encoder built for industrial motion-control applications. It delivers up to 1000 pulses per revolution with selectable resolutions ranging from 100 to 5000 P/R. The alloy shell and aluminium body house internal ASIC devices for high reliability and strong anti-interference performance. A stainless steel spindle rated for 30 N radial and 20 N thrust loads ensures mechanical durability in demanding environments.
The compact structure and 2 m standard wiring cable allow straightforward mounting in tight spaces. Connection uses colour-coded leads: brown for DC 5–26 V positive, blue for 0 V negative, and black for signal outputs. The unit includes load short-circuit protection and power-supply reverse-wiring protection to prevent damage during hookup. Miswiring the supply polarity or exceeding the 26 V limit are the most frequent causes of failure despite the built-in safeguards.
Verify that your controller accepts open-collector, voltage, complementary, push-pull, long-line-drive, differential or fork output types matching the encoder’s selectable output modes. Confirm the available supply voltage falls within the DC 5–26 V range and that the 6 mm thrust shaft diameter suits your coupling or mounting hardware. Ensure the required resolution is among the supported options from 100 to 5000 P/R. Buyers needing a hollow-shaft design or a different flange pattern should look elsewhere.

Apply DC 5–26 V to the brown and blue leads, rotate the 6 mm shaft, and check for clean A, B and Z pulses at the chosen resolution such as 1000 P/R on an oscilloscope or controller input.
The encoder body with 2 m flying leads (brown for DC 5–26 V, blue for 0 V, black for signal) is included; mounting hardware, mating connectors and the DC power supply are not.
Choose 1000 P/R for simple decimal scaling, 1024 P/R for binary alignment with 10-bit systems, or 2000 P/R when finer positional granularity is needed; all are factory options on the same 38 mm housing.
