The myVolts E6B2-CWZ6C is a 38 mm diameter incremental encoder designed for position and speed feedback in automation systems. It suits engineers who need a compact, metal-housed transducer with a 6 mm stainless steel spindle for direct coupling to motor shafts or lead screws.
Simple Wiring with Built-In Protection
A 2 m pre-wired cable uses colour-coded conductors: brown for DC 5–26 V supply, blue for 0 V, and black for signal output. The internal ASIC provides load short-circuit protection and power-supply reverse-wiring protection, so incorrect hook-up during commissioning will not damage the device.
Stable Output Under Continuous Rotation
The encoder delivers 200 pulses per revolution across A, B and Z phases with selectable voltage, collector, complementary, push-pull, long-line drive, differential or fork output modes. Rated for 30 N radial and 20 N axial shaft loads, the alloy shell and aluminium body maintain signal integrity during sustained operation without overheating or mechanical drift.
