Industrial LED power supply

The myVolts HRUW-120W-12V delivers 12 VDC at 10 A for a total of 120 W output. It accepts a universal 100-240 VAC input at 50/60 Hz, making it suitable for LED lighting installations worldwide.

IP67 thermal and power behaviour

The sealed IP67 enclosure relies on passive cooling through its anodised aluminium surface. With no moving parts the unit runs silently, and the switching topology maintains efficient power conversion across the full input range.

Anodised housing and mounting

The ultra-thin profile features a wear-resistant anodised finish with printed specification markings for quick identification. Its watertight construction allows direct outdoor mounting without additional weatherproof enclosures.

Questions about this item

How is the IP67 ultra-thin power supply mounted, and what step do installers often miss?

Mount the anodized case on a flat surface with screws through its built-in holes; the step often missed is leaving enough clearance around the vents so the 120 W unit can dissipate heat without a fan.

What maintenance or replacement will the HRUW-120W-12V need over time?

The sealed IP67 enclosure has no user-serviceable parts; if the 12 VDC output drifts or the 10 A limit is exceeded repeatedly, replace the entire unit rather than attempting internal repair.

What limit appears first when the supply runs continuously at full 120 W load?

Thermal protection trips first because the ultra-thin, fanless design relies on the anodized surface to shed heat; sustained 10 A output in a confined space will trigger shutdown until the case cools.
