24V 4.2A 100W AT switch-mode supply with overload, over-voltage and short-circuit protection, CCC/FCC/CE compliant for industrial, LED and 3D-printer use
This myVolts S-100-24 unit delivers 24 volts at 4.2 amps for 100 watts of continuous power. It accepts a universal AC input from 100 to 240 volts and provides DC output through L, N, GND and V terminals with an adjustable voltage tap. The aluminium alloy enclosure relies on natural convection cooling. It suits industrial automation, LED displays, CCTV, radio equipment, 3D printers and similar 24 V DC loads.
Installation requires connecting live and neutral to the AC input terminals and securing the DC load to the GND and V outputs; the ADJ terminal allows fine voltage trimming. No forced-air cooling is present, so the unit must be mounted with free airflow around its aluminium case. The screw-terminal block demands correct polarity — reversed DC connections will trigger the protection circuit. Operating temperature range is 0 to 40 °C with up to 95 % non-condensing humidity.
Verify that your equipment requires a 24 V DC supply rated at or below 4.2 A and can tolerate the AT form factor. Confirm the available mounting space accommodates the approximate 85 x 58 x 33 mm footprint and that natural convection is sufficient for the installation environment. Ensure the AC mains voltage at the site falls within the 100 to 240 V range and that local regulations accept CCC, FCC and CE compliance marks.

Measure the DC output with a multimeter; it should read close to 24 V with minimal ripple, and the unit should run without triggering its short-circuit, overload or over-voltage protections.
The supply itself is included; you must provide an AC mains cable for the L and N terminals and your own DC wiring for the V+ and GND outputs.
Select the S-100-24, rated at 100 W and 4.2 A; the S-48-24 and S-60-24 only supply 2 A each.
