A 150 W 24 V 6.25 A aluminium-cased switch-mode unit with overload, over-voltage and short-circuit protection, CCC, FCC and CE compliance, and a 0 – 40 °C operating range
This myVolts S-150-24 unit delivers 24 V at 6.25 A for a total of 150 W, accepting 110 V or 220 V AC input with a ±15 % tolerance. It is built for engineers and technicians who need a reliable DC source for automation, LED lighting, CCTV, 3D printers or similar bench projects.
The housing uses aluminium alloy for durability and natural convection cooling without a fan. Connections are made through clearly labelled screw terminals for live, neutral, ground, V+ and V- plus an adjustable voltage tap, so wiring is secure and serviceable in permanent installations.
Overload, overvoltage and short-circuit protection are built in, and every unit passes a 100 % full-load burn-in test. The supply operates from 0 to 40 °C ambient with up to 95 % non-condensing humidity, and its low ripple output keeps sensitive loads stable during continuous operation.

The unit accepts AC 110 V or 220 V with a ±15 % tolerance and provides a regulated DC 24 V output.
The chassis measures approximately 85 × 58 × 33 mm and is constructed from aluminium alloy for natural convection cooling.
Terminals are marked L and N for AC input, GND for DC negative and V for DC positive; the step often missed is verifying the ADJ potentiometer is set to 24 V before applying load.
