A 12 V 20 A 240 W switch-mode supply with overload, over-voltage and short-circuit protection for industrial automation, LED displays, CCTV and 3D printers
This switch-mode unit delivers 12 volts at 20 amps for industrial automation, LED displays, CCTV systems, and 3D printers. It accepts AC 110/220 V with a ±15 % tolerance and carries CCC, FCC and CE compliance marks. The aluminium-alloy chassis houses screw terminals for L, N, ground, V+ and an adjustable +V/ADJ output. Builders who need a different voltage rail or a redundant supply must look elsewhere.
The supply is rated for 0–40 °C operation and –20–60 °C storage in up to 95 % non-condensing humidity. It uses natural convection cooling with no moving parts, so acoustic output is effectively silent. Built-in short-circuit, overload and over-voltage protection engage automatically, and every unit passes a 100 % full-load burn-in before shipment. Users who require forced-air cooling or extended temperature margins are not served by this design.
A built-in +V/ADJ terminal lets installers trim the DC output voltage for specific LED strings or controller boards. Screw terminals accept stripped wires directly, removing the need for proprietary connectors in panel-mount jobs. The package includes only the supply itself; no mounting brackets, DIN-rail clips or configuration software are bundled. Integrators who expect a complete wiring harness or remote-monitoring interface must source those separately.

Connect L and N to AC mains, GND to the DC negative and V to the DC positive; the step most often reversed is swapping GND and V on the output side
The aluminium-alloy chassis relies on natural convection, so the only regular upkeep is keeping the ventilation slots clear of dust and debris
The 0–40 °C working-temperature ceiling is the first constraint; sustained 240 W output in a confined space will hit that limit before overload protection triggers
