Questions about this item

How do I install the LCD back cover on my Inspiron 15 3510, and what step do people often miss?

Remove the bezel and disconnect the display cable before unbolting the old cover; the step many miss is reconnecting the antenna cables routed through the hinge channels before snapping the new lid shut.

What maintenance or replacement will the hinges on this top lid rear need later?

The integrated hinges are not serviceable separately; if they stiffen or develop play, the entire back cover assembly must be replaced as a single unit.
