What this protector fits

Designed for Apple iPod Touch models 7, 6 and 5. The custom-cut tempered glass covers the display precisely while leaving ports and buttons accessible. A clear, 9H-hardness layer adds scratch and impact defence without reducing screen clarity. The silicone-based adhesive allows bubble-free installation and removes without leaving residue.

Limits of glass protection

The 0.33 mm sheet resists everyday scratches, keys and minor drops but cannot stop every crack from a severe impact. Touch sensitivity remains unchanged, yet the rigid layer will not flex like a film protector. Oleophobic coating reduces fingerprints but wears down with heavy use over time. No adhesive residue remains if you decide to peel it off later.

Check before ordering

Confirm your iPod is a Touch 5, 6 or 7 — other generations have different screen dimensions and cut-outs. Ensure the display is clean and free of existing cracks; glass will not hide deep damage. Verify that your case, if used, accommodates the added glass thickness. The package contains a single protector with no installation tools included.

Questions about this item

Which Nakedcellphone tempered glass version fits my iPod Touch generation?

The single Part Number GLASS-iTOUCH6-SINGLE is cut for Apple iPod Touch 7, 6 and 5, so one SKU covers all three models.

What does the 9H hardness rating actually protect against in daily use?

Rated 9H versus the screen's 7H, the glass resists scratches from keys or coins and absorbs impact that would otherwise crack the display.

How does the 0.33 mm thickness and silicone coating affect touch response and removal?

At 0.33 mm the layer adds negligible distance, the silicone adhesive prevents air bubbles during install, and leaves no sticky residue if you peel it off.
