Questions about this item

How fast can this pad charge my iPhone before heat limits kick in?

The pad delivers up to 20 W through the included PD adapter, so an iPhone 12 through 17 series charges at its maximum wireless rate until the built-in temperature control reduces power to keep the surface warm rather than hot.

Will the charger or adapter become noisy or too hot to touch after hours on my desk?

The unit has no fan, so it stays silent. Intelligent temperature control and overheating protection mean the pad and 20 W adapter may feel warm during extended use but will not reach uncomfortable temperatures.

Do I need a specific case or accessory for the magnetic alignment to work?

Magnetic attachment works with iPhone 12 through 17 models using MagSafe-certified cases; non-magnetic or thick cases will prevent the secure hold and may block charging entirely.
