Portable LED fill light

The Nanlite Pico Light is a pocket-sized LED fill light weighing 130g and measuring 71.6mm x 33.7mm x 33.7mm. It targets content creators and mobile photographers who need a compact, full-colour RGB source for on-the-go shooting. The 1500mAh lithium-ion battery delivers between 1.3 and 6.5 hours of operation. It is not suited for users who require high-output key lighting or extended runtimes beyond the rated capacity.

Round screen and magnetic diffuser

A 1.28-inch round colour display provides a clear interface for adjusting parameters at a glance. Control is handled by a single knob and two buttons designed for one-handed operation. The included attachable diffuser mounts magnetically to soften output. A built-in U-shaped frame offers 12 pitch angles in 30° steps for flexible positioning. Bluetooth compatibility enables wireless control via a companion app. Buyers needing Bowens-mount modifiers or AC power input will find neither here.

Box contents and warranty

The package contains the Pico Light unit and one attachable diffuser. No additional mounts, cables or carry case are listed. The manufacturer backs the product with a one-year warranty from the 1992-established Nanlite brand. Users who want a multi-light kit or dedicated charging dock must source those separately.

Questions about this item

What does the Bluetooth interface let me control on the Pico Light?

Bluetooth enables wireless adjustment of brightness, colour temperature and RGB settings from the NANLINK app on a smartphone.

What are the physical dimensions and weight of the Pico Light Midnight Blue?

The unit measures 71.6 mm x 33.7 mm x 33.7 mm and weighs 130 g.

How do I attach the diffuser and U-shaped frame, and what mistake should I avoid?

Slide the magnetic diffuser onto the front until it clicks, then flip out the U-frame; the common error is forcing the frame past its 30° detents instead of stopping at each of the 12 preset angles.
