Modular accent lighting for creative spaces

The Nanoleaf Shapes Mini Triangles Smarter Kit 5PK contains five ultra-thin LED panels that connect edge-to-edge. Each triangle can display 16M+ colours and responds to touch. The kit is designed for indoor walls where a custom layout adds ambient or decorative light.

Sustained output and colour consistency

The panels maintain steady brightness during long sessions because the low-voltage driver distributes power evenly across the array. Colour mixing stays uniform whether the display runs a static scene or a dynamic rhythm module. Heat remains low thanks to the slim profile and efficient LEDs.

Tool-free mounting and common pitfalls

Double-sided adhesive tabs let you press each triangle onto a clean, flat surface in minutes. The flexible linkers snap together without cables. Alignment drifts if the wall texture is uneven, and the controller must stay within reach of a power outlet. Panels cannot be cut or reshaped after installation.

Questions about this item

Does the power supply or the panels themselves generate noticeable heat or fan noise during extended use?

The kit has no moving parts and the ultra-thin LED panels stay cool to the touch, so there is no fan noise and negligible heat even after hours of continuous operation.

What existing network and controller does the smarter kit require to function?

You need a home Wi-Fi network and the Nanoleaf app on a smartphone or tablet to set up and control the panels.

Will the mini triangles sync with my original Nanoleaf Shapes panels in the same layout?

Yes, the mini triangles use the same Connect+ system, so they link physically and logically with full-size Shapes panels for a single unified design.
