Continuous roll cuts by hand

The tape comes in a continuous 60 yard roll that tears cleanly without tools, so installation is fast on site. The 13 mil thickness gives enough body to bridge gaps yet remains flexible for irregular surfaces. Cold temperatures near the 40 degree lower limit can stiffen the adhesive and reduce initial tack, so warming the roll before use helps avoid weak bonds.

Temperature and width define the limits

Performance is rated only between 40 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit; outside that range the rubber adhesive may fail or the backing may degrade. The nominal width is 1 7/8 inches, so projects needing full two-inch coverage will see a narrow gap. The tape is not designed for permanent structural loads or as a primary vapour barrier in critical building envelopes.
