National Public Seating 2308 Folding Chair

The National Public Seating 2308 is a steel-frame folding chair supplied in a pack of four. Each seat and back feature Cabernet fabric on a Gray frame with a 500 lb weight capacity. The armless design allows simple row seating for classrooms, meeting rooms or event spaces.

Who these chairs suit and who they do not

They suit buyers needing multiple durable seats that store flat and deploy quickly. They do not suit anyone requiring padded arms, a higher back for lumbar support or a different seat width. The fixed dimensions and fabric colour are not configurable.

Installation and common issues

Each chair arrives fully assembled; simply unfold until the double-hinge locks. The triple-brace frame adds rigidity but makes the unit heavier to carry singly. Check that the floor surface is level so all four legs contact evenly.

Each chair measures 18 3/4 in wide by 20 1/4 in deep when unfolded.

Will the steel frame and 500 lb capacity handle the same users as my older wooden folding chairs?

The steel frame is rated for 500 lb per chair, which meets or exceeds typical wooden folding chairs.

How can I confirm the chairs are locked open and safe to use?

The double-hinge mechanism clicks into place and the triple brace stays rigid when the seat is pressed down.
