2U 19-Inch Rack Shelf

This 2U cantilever shelf mounts to any standard 19-inch rack or cabinet. It provides a fixed platform for equipment that does not require sliding access. The unit ships fully assembled and includes both 10-32 and 12-24 mounting screws for immediate installation.

50lb Capacity 18-Inch Depth

The shelf supports up to 50 pounds of equipment across its 18-inch deep surface. Slotted venting allows airflow to pass through the shelf, helping to manage heat for active devices. A front lip helps prevent items from sliding forward during movement or vibration.

Cold-Rolled Steel Powder-Coated Build

Constructed from cold-rolled steel with an electro-static powder-coated black finish, the shelf resists corrosion and wear. The front-mount design uses 3.5 inches of vertical rack space, leaving the rear of the rack open for cable management or deeper chassis.

Questions about this item

Will the 18in deep cantilever shelf fit in my existing 19in wide rack?

Yes, the shelf is designed for standard 19in racks and mounts to the front flanges only, so it works with two-post or four-post cabinets.

How can I confirm the shelf is holding its rated 50lb load safely after installation?

Check that the shelf sits level, the front lip is secure, and the vented surface shows no deflection when the equipment is placed on it.

What mounting hardware comes in the box and do I need anything else?

The package includes four 10-32 screws and four 12-24 screws; no additional hardware is required for a standard 19in rack.
