Questions about this item

How do I put the cover on a textbook and what is the step people get wrong?

Slide the front cover into one elastic pocket, stretch the fabric over the spine, then tuck the back cover into the opposite pocket; the common mistake is forcing the cover onto a book wider than 12.5 inches, which tears the elastic.

What maintenance or replacement will the covers need later?

Machine-wash the fabric on a gentle cycle and air-dry; the elastic pockets and ribbon bookmarks are built to last the life of the cover, so no replacement parts are required.

What limit shows up first if I use these covers every day for heavy textbooks?

The elastic fabric stretches to fit books up to 10 by 12.5 inches; exceeding that width stresses the seams and causes the cover to slip off.
