Direct Replacement Lamp

The NP47LP is a new 225 W lamp and housing module built for NEC MC and ME series projectors. It fits the NP-MC372X, MC382W, ME402X, ME372W and ME382U models without modification. Installation restores original brightness and colour performance.

Ready-to-Install Housing

The lamp ships pre-assembled in its cage so no separate bulb handling is required. A Jaspertronics OEM light source is mounted inside the factory-spec housing, eliminating alignment steps and reducing the chance of dust contamination during replacement.

Simple Swap Procedure

The unit slides into the projector's lamp compartment and locks with the existing retaining screws. The only common issue is forgetting to reset the lamp-hour counter in the on-screen menu after installation, which leaves the replacement warning active.

Questions about this item

How often will the NP47LP 225W lamp need replacing?

The 225W lamp module is a consumable; plan to replace it when brightness drops or the projector signals end of life.

What limit appears first during long sessions with the NP47LP?

The 225W lamp reaches its rated hours before other components, so lamp life is the first limit under sustained use.

How much heat and fan noise does the NP47LP add when running all day?

At 225W the lamp produces significant heat; the projector’s cooling fans will run continuously to manage temperature.
