Replacement Lamp for NEC Projectors

The NEC P350W NP17LP module is a new 265W projector lamp that ships with a genuine Osram UHP bulb pre-mounted in its housing. It is designed for users who need a direct, ready-to-install replacement for a depleted original lamp.

Who This Suits and Who It Does Not

This lamp suits owners of compatible NEC projectors seeking an OEM-sourced 265W UHP module that meets ISO9001 quality checks for beam performance and run-time. It is not for buyers who need a bare bulb without housing, nor for those whose projector requires a different wattage or connector.

Deciding Specification — 265W UHP Lamp

The single specification that decides fitment is the 265W UHP lamp rating; the projector must be designed for this exact wattage and lamp type. Rated life is 3,000 hours in normal mode and 3,500 hours in economy mode, so buyers can estimate replacement intervals from those figures.

Questions about this item

Which version of the NP17LP lamp should I choose for my NEC P350W projector?

Four versions are offered: the original Osram OEM lamp, the same lamp sold by NEC, an alternative OEM lamp from a different bulb maker, and a compatible unit built with genuine OEM parts.

What does the 265W rating mean for brightness and heat in my P350W?

The 265W UHP bulb delivers the factory-specified light output for the P350W; expect the same brightness and thermal load as the original lamp.

Does the NP17LP use a standard lamp interface or a proprietary connector?

The module is a direct-fit replacement for the NEC P350W, using the projector's native lamp connector and housing alignment.
