NEC NP17LP 265W Projector Lamp

The NEC NP17LP is a 265 watt replacement lamp module designed for NEC P350WG projectors. It arrives as a complete assembly with a new Osram UHP bulb inside its housing, so installation is straightforward. Rated life reaches 3,000 hours in normal mode and 3,500 hours in economy mode. The lamp is manufactured to ISO 9001 quality standards.

Suits owners of a NEC P350WG needing a direct-fit

This lamp fits the specified NEC model and restores original brightness. Buyers whose projector requires a different wattage or connector should look elsewhere. It is not intended for non-NEC projectors or for users seeking a bare bulb without the housing.

Deciding spec: 265W UHP lamp

The wattage and hour ratings determine whether this module matches the projector's requirements. Verify that the host unit calls for a 265W NP17LP lamp before ordering. The ISO 9001 manufacturing standard supports consistent ignition and run-time performance.

Questions about this item

How do I install the NP17LP lamp module and what step is often missed?

The lamp ships as a fully assembled bulb and housing for direct insertion. The step many miss is resetting the projector's lamp-hour counter after replacement so the new 3,000-hour normal or 3,500-hour economy rating tracks correctly.

What maintenance or replacement will the NP17LP need later?

The 265W UHP bulb is rated for 3,000 hours in normal mode or 3,500 hours in economy mode. Once those hours are reached the entire lamp module must be replaced; no separate filter or component service is specified for this unit.

What limit appears first during sustained use of the NP17LP?

The rated lamp life of 3,000 hours normal or 3,500 hours economy is the first limit; brightness will gradually decline until the projector indicates the lamp should be replaced.
