  • Delivers a bright, high-quality image for extended use
  • Backed by a 180-day warranty against defects

Compatible Projector Model

This replacement lamp fits the NEC PA550W projector and ships as a complete housing with a genuine OEM bulb inside. It is intended for owners who need to restore original brightness after the factory lamp reaches end of life. The unit arrives new and ready to install without additional tools.

Housing and Warranty Limits

The package supplies a compatible housing rather than the original NEC chassis, so mechanical fit depends on the precision of that third‑party frame. Coverage is limited to the 180 day warranty period, which protects against defective materials but does not extend to gradual brightness decay or colour shift beyond that window. No longer service interval is promised by the supplier.

Replaces Worn Original Lamp

This part replaces the original lamp module when its output has faded or the projector signals a replacement warning. The jump is worth it when image quality has dropped noticeably and a genuine OEM bulb is preferred over generic alternatives. It is not for users who need a spare housing for a different projector model or who expect a longer rated life than the original specification.
