Direct-fit 400W replacement lamp

The NEC PX750U NP22LP is a new 400W projector lamp module supplied as a fully assembled bulb and housing for immediate installation in compatible NEC projectors. It is intended for venues and operators who need a factory-specification light source without additional assembly.

Rated life 2000 to 3000 hours

In normal mode the lamp delivers 2000 hours of operation, while economy mode extends this to 3000 hours, giving operators a choice between maximum brightness and longer service intervals. The 400W UHP bulb defines the output ceiling; environments that demand higher lumen levels will exceed what this module can provide.

UHP lamp interface constraints

The lamp connects through the projector’s proprietary UHP socket and ballast, so it only functions in models engineered for the NP22LP form factor and 400W power profile. Installations requiring a different wattage, connector or ignition voltage cannot use this module.

Questions about this item

Will the NP22LP 400W lamp fit the NEC PX750U projector I already own?

Yes, the NP22LP module is built as a direct replacement for the NEC PX750U, combining a Philips UHP 400W bulb with its housing for tool-free installation.

How can I confirm the lamp is performing correctly once installed?

The projector should ignite reliably, maintain steady brightness and report the expected 2,000-hour normal or 3,000-hour economy lamp-life rating.

Does the package contain only the bare bulb or the complete housing, and are any extra parts required?

The module arrives fully assembled with bulb and housing together; no separate components or tools are needed for fitting.
