What this product is
The NEC NP-M260X replacement lamp module ships as a complete 185 W bulb-and-housing assembly ready for direct installation. It is built for users who need a straightforward swap to restore full brightness on compatible NEC projectors.
What to verify before ordering
Confirm that your projector accepts the NP15LP lamp code and that the 185 W rating matches the original specification. Check the existing lamp hours against the 5000 normal or 6000 economy figures to gauge remaining life.
Who this suits and who should look elsewhere
Ideal for IT teams and home-cinema owners wanting a drop-in OEM-spec replacement without rewiring. Not suitable for buyers who need a bare bulb without housing or a different wattage for another projector model.

Questions about this item
Does the NP-M260X lamp arrive as a complete module or do I need to buy a separate housing?
The lamp ships as a fully assembled 185W bulb inside its housing, so no extra parts are required for installation.
Which of the four available versions should I choose for my NEC projector?
Three are OEM modules — direct from the original bulb maker, from NEC, or from another OEM supplier — and one is a compatible unit built with genuine OEM parts; all meet the same 5,000-hour normal and 6,000-hour economy ratings.
What does the 185W rating mean for everyday use in my projector?
It is the power draw of the NSHA bulb; running the lamp at normal brightness yields about 5,000 hours of life, while economy mode extends it to roughly 6,000 hours.
