A 230 W replacement lamp module with a 4,000-hour rated life for NEC projectors
This 230W lamp module carries the NP16LP designation and arrives fully assembled with housing for immediate installation. It is intended for owners of the NP-M350X projector who need a genuine OEM replacement bulb. The unit uses a Ushio NSHA lamp built to ISO9001 quality standards. Buyers who need a different wattage or a lamp for another projector model should look elsewhere.
In normal operation the lamp runs at its rated 230W, delivering the brightness and colour performance the projector was designed for. The module meets the manufacturer’s ignition, voltage and beam-performance checks before it leaves the factory. No additional cooling or power-supply changes are required beyond the projector’s standard specification.
The lamp is rated for 4,000 hours of service life under typical operating conditions. Extended sessions will see stable output as long as the projector’s own thermal management functions correctly. Each unit undergoes run-time and connection testing to confirm reliable ignition and consistent performance throughout its rated lifespan.

The module arrives as a fully assembled bulb and housing; power off and unplug the projector, open the lamp cover, remove the old module, insert the new one until it seats firmly, then reset the lamp-hour counter in the menu — skipping the counter reset is the step most people forget.
The lamp is rated for 4000 hours of operation; once that limit is reached the bulb must be replaced with a new NP16LP module, as the housing is not designed for separate bulb servicing.
The 4000-hour rated lamp life is the primary limit; sustained use at full power will reach this threshold before any other component constraint becomes relevant.
