Genuine replacement lamp for NEC projectors

The NP101 module delivers a new 180W NSH bulb pre‑mounted in its housing, rated for 3,500 hours of operation. It is built for owners of compatible NEC projectors who need a direct‑fit replacement without separate bulb handling.

Pre‑assembled housing simplifies installation

Because the bulb and housing arrive as a single unit, there is no need to align or seat a bare lamp. The module slides into the projector exactly like the original, reducing downtime and the risk of touch‑contamination on the glass envelope.

Verify the exact projector model before ordering

NEC offers several lamp versions for the NP101 designation, including OEM and compatible variants. Confirm that your projector accepts the NP10LP part number so the module you receive matches the required ignition voltage and connector layout.

Questions about this item

When will the 180W NSH bulb need replacing?

The lamp is rated for 3500 hours of operation before a replacement module is required.

What limits continuous projection time?

The 180W power rating and thermal design determine how long the unit can run before heat becomes the limiting factor.

How much heat and fan noise should I expect during all-day use?

A 180W lamp generates significant heat, so the projector's cooling fans will run audibly throughout extended sessions.
