Direct replacement for NEC NP52 projectors

This 220 W NSH lamp module ships fully assembled with bulb and housing, so it installs in seconds without extra tools. It is built to the original manufacturer's specifications and tested to ISO 9001 quality standards for reliable ignition and beam performance.

2 000 hours normal or 3 000 hours economy mode

In normal brightness the lamp delivers approximately 2 000 hours of use, while the economy setting extends that to around 3 000 hours. Heavy daily presentation schedules will reach the limit sooner than occasional classroom or meeting-room use.

Runs at rated 220 W with standard projector cooling

The lamp draws its rated 220 W during operation, relying on the projector's built-in cooling system to manage heat and fan noise. No external power supply or additional ventilation is required beyond the host projector's normal design.

Questions about this item

Will the NP52 lamp module fit the same projector housing I already use for my NEC unit?

The NP52 is a fully assembled bulb-and-housing module designed to match the original NEC NP03LP form factor, so it installs directly into the existing projector housing without modification.

How can I confirm the 220 W NSH lamp is operating correctly after installation?

After fitting the lamp, run the projector in normal mode and verify the lamp-hour counter begins at zero; a stable image with no flicker and the expected 2000-hour normal-mode rating indicates proper ignition and beam performance.

Does the package include only the lamp module or are extra cables or filters supplied?

The box contains the complete NP52 lamp module — Philips NSH 220 W bulb pre-mounted in its housing — ready to install; no additional cables, filters or tools are included.
