Questions about this item

Does the KM15 Set receiver need a USB-C port on my laptop or phone to work?

Yes, the receiver uses a USB Type-C connector and an OTG adapter is included for devices that need it.

Will the 2.4G transmission interfere with my older 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi router?

The system operates on 2.4G wireless; typical home routers share this band but the link is designed for stable 300m range in open areas.

How do I know the noise cancellation is active after I pair the transmitters?

Press the noise-cancelling button on a transmitter once; the DSP chip engages and the 76 dB signal-to-noise ratio reflects the cleaner audio.
