128 GB DDR5-4800 ECC registered dual-rank kit validated for SuperMicro 211SE servers
This NEMIX RAM kit provides 128GB of DDR5 server memory as two 64GB modules. It runs at 4800MT/s with CL40 latency and operates at 1.10V. The registered ECC design targets SuperMicro IoT SuperServer SYS-211SE platforms and the X31SEED-SF motherboard.
These modules fit systems that require 288-pin registered DDR5 RDIMMs with ECC. They will not work in desktop motherboards or laptops that only accept unbuffered UDIMMs. Buyers needing non-ECC memory or higher speeds should look elsewhere.
The kit uses a 2Rx4 rank configuration on major OEM chips from Samsung, Micron or Hynix. This organisation and the registered buffer are the decisive compatibility factors for the supported SuperMicro 211SE servers.

Power down, open the chassis, align each 64GB module's key notch with the DDR5 slot, press firmly until the retention clips click, then verify in BIOS that both 64GB sticks register at 4800 MT/s with ECC active; the step often missed is seating both modules fully so the clips engage on both sides.
No scheduled maintenance is required; the modules run at 1.10 V without heat spreaders, so keep server airflow clean, and replace only if a module fails — ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly, but a persistent multi-bit fault means swapping the affected 64GB stick.
The CAS latency of CL40 sets the timing floor, so under continuous load the memory controller hits latency-bound throughput before thermal or voltage limits, because the 1.10 V registered DDR5 modules operate within spec without throttling.
