A 128 GB DDR5 kit of four 32 GB registered ECC RDIMMs running at 6400 MT/s with CL52 latency and 1.1 V, validated for the Supermicro H14SSL-NT motherboard
This 128GB kit contains four 32GB DDR5 RDIMMs built for servers that require registered ECC memory. It targets administrators upgrading a Supermicro H14SSL-NT motherboard with modules that match the board's exact rank, voltage and timing requirements. The 2Rx8 organisation and 1.10V operating point are specified so the memory controller recognises the full capacity at rated speed.
Registered DDR5 DIMMs use a 288-pin interface that is mechanically and electrically distinct from UDIMM or SODIMM form factors. The registered architecture buffers address and command signals, allowing every slot to be populated without overloading the memory controller. ECC circuitry corrects single-bit errors on the fly, preventing silent data corruption that could otherwise cause unplanned reboots in production workloads.
Four ranks per module give the kit a total of 128GB across four slots, a density that suits memory-intensive virtualisation and database tasks. Population rules for the H14SSL-NT dictate which slots must be filled first and may restrict maximum capacity per channel. Workloads that exceed this capacity or require higher frequencies than DDR5-6400 CL52 will need a different configuration.

The 128GB kit contains four matched 32GB modules tested together, so the memory controller sees identical timing and rank across all slots for stable full-speed operation.
The modules will run at 6400 MT/s with CL52 latency at 1.1V, delivering the rated PC5-51200 bandwidth when the motherboard populates all four slots per its qualified vendor list.
Registered DIMMs buffer the command bus, allowing the Supermicro H14SSL-NT to address the full 128GB across four slots without signal degradation that unbuffered modules would introduce.
