DDR3 1600 tops out at PC3-12800 bandwidth and CL11 latency on this voltage. The 240-pin UDIMM form factor fits only boards wired for DDR3 ECC unbuffered memory. Systems that require registered DIMMs or a different DDR generation cannot use these modules.

2Rx8 rank per module
