192 GB DDR5 6400 CL52 ECC registered server memory kit, 2×96 GB 2Rx4 modules at 1.1 V for SuperMicro GrandTwin AS-2116GT-HNTF
This 192GB kit contains two 96GB DDR5 RDIMMs built for the SuperMicro GrandTwin A+ Server AS-2116GT-HNTF. Registered ECC modules with 2Rx4 organisation deliver error correction and signal integrity for multi-socket platforms. The kit operates at 6400MHz with CL52 latency at 1.1V. It installs directly into the server's 288-pin DDR5 slots.
Database servers, virtualisation hosts and high-thread-count compute nodes benefit from the 192GB capacity and registered buffer. Workstations or desktops requiring unbuffered UDIMMs cannot use these modules. Builders needing lower density per DIMM or non-ECC memory should select a different kit. The registered design also prevents use in consumer chipsets that lack RDIMM support.
Two 96GB ranks provide 192GB total, allowing large in-memory datasets and dense VM allocations. The 6400MHz PC5-51200 rating supplies bandwidth for memory-bound tasks. Workloads exceeding 192GB per two-channel population will require additional DIMM slots or higher-density modules not included here. CL52 latency is standard for registered DDR5 at this frequency.

Yes, the kit uses 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM modules, so the board must provide DDR5 RDIMM slots for them to fit and function.
The server will run all installed modules at the lowest common speed and latency, so older modules may pull the kit below 6400 CL52.
Check the BIOS memory information screen or run a tool such as dmidecode; it should show 192GB total, 6400 MT/s, CL52 timings and ECC enabled.
