This 192GB kit contains six 32GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built for Thinkmate rackmount servers. ECC and registered buffering protect data integrity in mission-critical workloads. The modules run at 1.2V with a CAS latency of CL22.

Registered 2Rx8 design without heat spreaders

Each 288-pin module uses a 2Rx8 organisation and major-brand Samsung, Micron or Hynix chips. Registered signalling reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing dense population. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow in the server chassis handles cooling.

Thinkmate RAX and XS series compatibility

The kit is validated for Thinkmate RAX-XN24, XS4, XT10, XS8, XH8, XH10, XH12, XT24 and S3 systems. It will not fit platforms that require unbuffered UDIMMs or a different DDR generation. Buyers needing non-ECC or consumer-form-factor memory should look elsewhere.
