This 256 GB kit contains two 128 GB DDR5 4800 CL40 registered DIMMs built for ThinkMate TWX-QS8-14E4 and TWX-QS8-24E4 tower servers. ECC and registered buffering protect data integrity in mission-critical workloads. The modules run at 1.1 V and use a 4Rx4 organisation with major OEM DRAM chips.
