This kit provides 256GB of DDR4 memory across eight 32GB registered DIMMs. It is built for THINKMATE RAX-XN24, XS4, XT10, XS8, XH8, XH10, XH12, XT24 and S3 rackmount servers that require ECC RDIMM modules.

Registered ECC and Voltage

The modules run at 1.2V with a CAS latency of CL22 and a 2Rx8 organisation. Error-correcting code and registered buffering protect data integrity under sustained server workloads.

Installation Notes

Each 288-pin DIMM slots into the server's standard DDR4 RDIMM sockets without tools. Populating all eight channels at once can stress the memory controller, so follow the platform's population guide to avoid a no-post condition.
