Registered ECC with major OEM chips

The modules use Samsung, Micron or Hynix DRAM and include on-die error correction and register buffering for data integrity under sustained server workloads. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow across the DIMM area must be adequate.

Simple DIMM installation
