32GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM
This single 32GB DDR4 module operates at 3200MHz with CL22 latency and 1.2V power. It is built as a registered ECC RDIMM using 2Rx8 organisation for server and workstation stability. The 288-pin form factor fits compatible Tyan platforms such as the Transport CX GC68A-B8036-LE.
Capacity and registered headroom
The 32GB density suits memory-intensive workloads like virtualisation, database caching and large dataset processing. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing higher total capacities than unbuffered alternatives. Workloads exceeding 32GB per channel or requiring lower latency than CL22 will need additional modules or faster-rated memory.
DDR4 RDIMM interface limits
DDR4 RDIMM topology caps per-module bandwidth at the PC4-25600 data rate and requires a registered memory controller. Systems without ECC RDIMM support cannot use this module. Mixed-rank populations may restrict maximum operating speed below 3200MHz depending on platform qualification.
