32 GB DDR5 6400 CL52 ECC registered RDIMM for SuperMicro X14SBW-F servers
This registered DDR5 module delivers 32 GB at 6400 MT/s with CL52 latency and ECC protection. It is built for the SuperMicro X14SBW-F platform where data integrity and registered signalling are required. The single 2Rx4 stick fits one 288-pin slot and operates at the standard 1.1 V. IT teams upgrading mission-critical servers or workstations will find it a direct fit.
Running at 1.1 V the module draws minimal power and produces little heat without a heat spreader. Passive airflow inside a server chassis is sufficient for typical workloads. No active cooling is needed and acoustic impact is negligible. The registered buffer helps keep the memory bus stable during normal operation.
Under continuous load the ECC logic corrects single-bit errors on the fly while the registered interface reduces electrical loading on the memory controller. This combination maintains data integrity during long AI training runs, database transactions or virtualization workloads. The 2Rx4 organisation supports high density without exceeding the platform's electrical limits. Not suited for non-ECC consumer boards or systems that require unbuffered DIMMs.

Power down the server, open the chassis, align the notch on the module with the slot key, press firmly until both retention clips click, then verify in BIOS that the 6400 speed and ECC are active.
No routine maintenance is required; the module has no heat spreader or moving parts, and ECC corrects single-bit errors internally, so replacement only occurs if a hardware failure is detected.
The CAS latency of CL52 and the fixed 1.10 V operating voltage set the timing and thermal envelope that define sustained throughput.
