384 GB DDR5 ECC registered RDIMM kit (4 × 96 GB, 6400 MT/s, CL52, 1.1 V, 2Rx4) validated for Supermicro X14SRA-F motherboards
Size 384GB 4X96GB
This NEMIX RAM kit delivers 384 GB across four 96 GB DDR5-6400 RDIMMs, each running at 1.1 V with CL52 timings. The modules are registered ECC 2Rx4 288-pin DIMMs built to the precise rank, voltage and timing the motherboard's memory controller expects. They are recognised at full capacity and operate at rated speed immediately.
Registered architecture buffers the address and command bus so every slot can run fully populated without overloading the controller, while ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly. The board only accepts 288-pin RDIMMs — not UDIMMs or SODIMMs — and its manual defines the supported capacities and required population order. Exceeding those limits or installing in the wrong sequence will prevent the system from posting.
Upgrading from a smaller matched kit or from mixed-capacity modules removes the bottlenecks of uneven channel loading and restores full ECC protection across all ranks. The jump is worth it when workloads demand the full 384 GB at native DDR5-6400 throughput and the platform's qualified-vendor list includes this exact part number. Builders needing a different capacity, voltage or form factor must select a kit validated for those parameters.

Other versions of this model
The 4x96GB kit fills all four slots to reach the 384GB total. Choose it only if your workload needs that capacity and your CPU supports four dual-rank DIMMs per channel; otherwise a smaller kit leaves room for future expansion.
The modules run at 6400 MT/s with a CAS latency of 52 cycles at 1.1 V. Registered buffering and ECC keep every slot stable at full population, so throughput matches the rated speed without down-clocking.
The 288-pin Registered DDR5 form factor is the only type the X14SRA-F accepts. It enables the board's maximum supported capacity and locks the kit to its 6400 MT/s rating; UDIMM or SODIMM modules will not fit or function.
