Capacity and configuration

Registered ECC RDIMM requirement

The modules are 288-pin DDR5 4800 (PC5-38400) with CL40 latency and 4Rx4 organisation. They operate at 1.10V and include on-die ECC with registered buffering. Only motherboards that support DDR5 RDIMM registered ECC memory at this speed and rank configuration will accept the kit.

Thermals and power

Modules run at 1.10V without heat spreaders, relying on chassis airflow for cooling. Registered buffering and ECC add minimal overhead to power draw. Acoustic output is determined by the server fans rather than the memory itself.
