A 64 GB dual-channel DDR4 ECC registered kit running at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency for Thinkmate servers
This 64GB kit provides two 32GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built for the THINKMATE STX-TN-XE16-23S3 NAS server. Each module runs at 1.2V with CL22 latency and uses a 2Rx8 organisation. The ECC registered design targets data integrity in always-on environments. Buyers who need non-ECC or unbuffered modules for a desktop board cannot use this kit.
The modules are assembled with Samsung, Micron or Hynix components and validated under load for the named THINKMATE system. Registered signalling reduces electrical load on the memory controller, while ECC corrects single-bit errors without software intervention. No heat spreaders are included, so airflow in the server chassis must handle thermal management. Systems that require unregistered UDIMMs or lack ECC support in the BIOS will not accept these DIMMs.
The 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM form factor fits only DDR4 registered slots; it is mechanically and electrically incompatible with DDR5 or UDIMM sockets. Maximum throughput follows the PC4-25600 rating, and the dual-rank layout may restrict the number of populated channels on some server boards. Builders planning to exceed the validated capacity or mix ranks should verify the motherboard manual first.

No firmware updates are required; the modules are validated for the Thinkmate STX-TN-XE16-23S3 and operate at the rated DDR4 3200 CL22 1.20 V profile once seated.
The CAS latency of CL22 at 3200 MT/s sets the timing ceiling; sustained workloads will hit that latency boundary before bandwidth saturates.
Each 32 GB RDIMM draws 1.20 V with no heat spreader, so total power stays at the standard DDR4 registered level and thermals remain within normal server airflow limits.
