DDR5 RDIMM Interface Constraints

DDR5 RDIMMs require a motherboard that supports registered ECC memory and the 288-pin DDR5 form factor. The registered buffer adds one cycle of command latency, so the memory controller must be designed for RDIMM signalling. Mixing registered and unbuffered modules is not supported by the platform.
