64 GB dual-rank DDR5-6400 ECC RDIMM kit with CL52 timing and 1.1 V operation, validated for Supermicro H14DST-F motherboards
This 64GB kit contains two 32GB DDR5 RDIMMs built to the exact rank, voltage and timing the Supermicro H14DST-F memory controller expects. Registered ECC architecture lets every slot run fully populated at rated speed while correcting single-bit errors before they reach production workloads. It is not for systems that require unbuffered UDIMMs or SODIMM form factors.
The modules operate at DDR5 6400 (PC5-51200) with CL52 latency at 1.10V using 288-pin RDIMM connectors. Registered buffering offloads the memory controller so full-capacity population remains stable, but the board's own population rules still dictate which slots must be filled first. Maximum capacity and supported ranks are defined by the motherboard manual, not by the modules alone.
Align the 288-pin key notch with the slot, press evenly until the latches click, then verify population order in the H14DST-F manual before powering on. Mismatched rank configuration or incorrect slot sequence are the usual reasons the system fails to recognise the full 64GB at 6400MHz. No heat spreaders are fitted, so ensure case airflow meets the server's thermal design.

The 64GB kit provides two 32GB modules, filling two slots and giving the maximum dual-channel capacity this board supports with registered DIMMs.
Yes, the kit is spec-matched to the board's memory controller so it initialises at the rated 6400 MT/s with CL52 timings at 1.1V.
The registered architecture offloads the memory controller, allowing every supported slot to run fully populated at the full 6400 MT/s speed.
