64 GB DDR5 ECC registered server kit with four 16 GB modules at 4800 MT/s CL40, 1.1 V, 288-pin, validated for Supermicro GPU SuperServer systems
This NEMIX RAM kit provides 64 GB of DDR5 memory across four 16 GB registered DIMMs. It targets administrators upgrading Supermicro GPU SuperServer platforms such as the SYS-821GE-TNHR, SYS-821GV-TNR and SYS-421GE-TNRT. The modules run at 4800 MT/s with CL40 latency and operate at 1.1 V. ECC and registered buffering protect data integrity in mission-critical workloads.
Each 288-pin module installs directly into the server's registered DIMM sockets without additional hardware. The 1Rx8 organisation allows the memory controller to address the full capacity efficiently. Registered signalling reduces electrical load on the memory bus, freeing the platform to populate all available slots. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow in the chassis must be sufficient for bare modules.
The kit upgrades systems running lower-capacity or lower-speed registered DDR5 memory. The jump is worthwhile when workloads demand the full 64 GB at 4800 MT/s with ECC protection. It is not suited for builds that require unbuffered UDIMMs, non-ECC memory or speeds beyond the specified 4800 MT/s rating.

CL40 is the rated CAS latency for these DDR5 4800 modules; the registered design adds one cycle of buffering, so the limit you hit first is the platform's maximum supported memory speed rather than the module latency itself.
The modules have no heat spreader and draw 1.10 V; they rely on server chassis airflow, so noise and heat depend entirely on the system's fan profile, not the DIMMs themselves.
The board must provide DDR5 RDIMM slots with registered ECC support; the kit is validated for Supermicro GPU SuperServer models including SYS-821GE-TNHR, SYS-821GV-TNR and SYS-421GE-TNRT.
