Each module runs at 1.1V with a CAS latency of CL52 and a rated speed of 6400MHz PC5-51200. The eight DIMMs occupy eight DDR5 RDIMM slots, so the host board must provide at least that many populated channels. No heat spreaders are fitted, leaving clearance for dense server heatsinks or airflow ducts. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller.
