8GB DDR4 2400 SODIMM for POSIFLEX RT-6015

This 8GB DDR4 2400 SODIMM module is built for the POSIFLEX RT-6015 Stylish Slim Terminal. It delivers 8GB of PC4-19200 memory at CL17 latency and 1.20V. The 260-pin unbuffered non-ECC design suits point-of-sale kiosks and all-in-one systems needing a direct OEM-compatible upgrade.

Simple SODIMM installation with OEM validation

The module inserts into the terminal's SODIMM slot without tools and is recognised automatically by the BIOS. NEMIX RAM stress-tests every stick under load before shipping, so compatibility errors are rare. The only common issue is seating the module fully until the side clips click; a loose fit will prevent the system from posting.

Check terminal model and slot availability

Verify the unit is a POSIFLEX RT-6015 before ordering, as this part is tuned for that specific platform. Confirm the motherboard has a free 260-pin DDR4 SODIMM slot and supports 1.20V unbuffered non-ECC memory at 2400 MT/s. The terminal's service manual will show the maximum capacity per slot and total system limit.
