96GB DDR5 ECC RDIMM kit

This 96GB kit contains six 16GB DDR5 4800 registered DIMMs built for Supermicro servers and workstations. ECC and registered operation protect data integrity in multi-socket and virtualization workloads. The modules run at 1.10V with CL40 latency.

Registered 288-pin design

Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing full population of all slots in supported Supermicro platforms such as the SYS-211E-FRN2T and X13SEM-F. The bare 288-pin PCB has no heat spreader, so airflow across the modules must be provided by the chassis.

DDR5 4800 bandwidth ceiling

At PC5-38400 the peak transfer rate is fixed by the JEDEC DDR5 4800 standard, limiting throughput compared with faster DDR5 bins. CL40 latency is the baseline for this speed grade and cannot be tightened without modules rated for higher data rates.
