A 256 GB DDR5 server memory kit with four 64 GB registered ECC RDIMMs running at 6400 MT/s, CL52, 1.1 V, validated for the Supermicro H14DSH motherboard
This 256 GB kit contains four 64 GB registered ECC RDIMMs built to the precise rank, voltage and timing the Supermicro H14DSH memory controller expects. Each module is a 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM rated at 6400 MT/s with CL52 latency and 1.1 V operation. The registered architecture offloads the controller so every slot runs fully populated at full capacity while ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly.
Four 64 GB modules deliver 256 GB of registered ECC memory for multi-socket workloads that demand large datasets in flight. The 2Rx4 organisation and registered buffering let the board run all slots populated at the rated 6400 MT/s without down-clocking. Headroom ends at the motherboard's maximum supported capacity per channel and total DIMM count; exceeding those limits will prevent the system from posting or force reduced speeds.
The 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM form factor fits only boards wired for registered DDR5 memory; it will not seat in UDIMM or SODIMM slots. Bandwidth is bounded by the PC5-51200 data rate and the memory controller's maximum supported frequency. Population rules defined by the H14DSH manual dictate which slots must be filled first and how many ranks per channel the controller can address.

The kit matches the board's required 288-pin RDIMM form factor, 2Rx4 rank, 1.1V voltage and CL52 timing, so the memory controller recognises the full 256GB capacity and operates at DDR5-6400 automatically.
Check the POST memory test or BIOS memory information screen — it should report 256GB total, DDR5-6400 speed, ECC enabled and registered mode active.
The package contains four 64GB DDR5 6400 ECC RDIMM modules — 256GB total. No heat spreaders, cables or additional hardware are included or required.
