A 384GB (4x96GB) DDR5-6400 ECC Registered RDIMM kit built for the Supermicro H13SSL-N motherboard
This 384 GB kit contains four 96 GB DDR5-6400 registered ECC RDIMMs built to the board's precise rank, voltage and timing requirements. It targets administrators who need the full population the H13SSL-N supports without manual tuning. The modules arrive as a matched set so the memory controller recognises the full capacity at rated speed.
Registered buffering lets every slot run fully populated at the specified 1.1 V and CL52 without overloading the memory controller. ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly to stop silent data corruption. Installers must still follow the motherboard manual for approved population order and BIOS settings; the kit will not work in UDIMM or SODIMM slots.
At DDR5-6400 (PC5-51200) the kit handles large virtualisation clusters, in-memory databases and heavy compute workloads with headroom for simultaneous VMs. Capacity runs out when the platform's maximum supported memory per socket or per channel is reached, or when workloads exceed the registered architecture's throughput limits. Buyers who need more storage, GPU memory or non-ECC desktop modules should look elsewhere.

Enter the BIOS or UEFI and verify the memory frequency shows 6400 MT/s and the CAS latency reads CL52; the registered ECC modules should also report the full 384 GB capacity with no errors logged.
The box contains four 96 GB 288-pin DDR5 RDIMMs for a total of 384 GB; no heat spreaders, cables or additional parts are included and nothing else is needed to populate the Supermicro H13SSL-N slots.
The modules are 2Rx4 registered ECC at 1.1 V, the exact rank, voltage and form factor the H13SSL-N memory controller expects; consult your motherboard manual for the approved slot order before installing.
